The Plenti program is a great boost for your Exxon or Mobil location. Now, ExxonMobil is rewarding employees that promote the program with the Plenti Spot Award Program.
Along with ExxonMobil’s changes to their Mystery Shopper Program, they have added a bonus for employees that ask customers if they have a Plenti Rewards Card. It is all in an effort to promote the national rewards program that has taken off since its launch in May of 2015.
Employees, when ringing up a customer at check out, should mention the Plenti Program to customers. If customers don’t already have a Plenti Rewards Card, employees should hand them one and briefly explain the benefits of the program to them. If an employee does mention anything about the Plenti offer to customers, the Maritz shopper will award that employee a $25 gift card. Employees can learn more about Plenti and how to interact with customers by doing the training modules on ExxonMobil’s Training Resource Center.
